This Trip Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Ghana Girls Trip LLC ("Company") and the participant ("Participant"). By reserving your spot, you agree to the following terms:

Terms
A non-refundable security deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot on the trip.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by a month before the trip. Payment plans are available and can be arranged during a scheduled call after the deposit is made.
Payment
A non-refundable security deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed-upon payment plan and method.
Failure to complete payments as per the schedule may result in forfeiture of the Participant's spot.
Cancelations & Refund
If you need to reschedule after making a payment, you may transfer your registration to the next available trip. However, if you're unable to attend that one, the payment will be non-refundable. For example, if you're registered for the November trip but cannot attend, you can move to the December trip. If you’re unable to attend that one as well, the payment will no longer be eligible for transfer.
The Host reserves the right to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all payments made by the participant, excluding the security deposit, will be refunded.
Inclusions
Visa, accommodations, transportation, all meals, flight from Kumasi to Accra and planned experiences are included as described in the trip itinerary. Flights, vaccinations, and personal expenses are not included.
Responsibilities & Liability
The Participant is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (including visa, travel insurance and vaccinations).
The Company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political conditions).
The Company reserves the right to make adjustments to the trip itinerary to ensure participant safety and quality experience.
Participant Obligations
The Participant agrees to follow all local laws and cultural guidelines during the trip.
The Participant agrees to participate in the trip in a respectful manner toward other participants and local hosts.
The participant must attend all pre-trip meetings and comply with the trip itinerary.
Health & Safety
The Participant acknowledges that they are responsible for their own health and travel insurance.
The Participant agrees to disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation in the trip.
Liability Waiver
The participant acknowledges that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, and loss of personal property.
The participant agrees to release the Host from any liability for injury, damage, or loss that may occur during the trip.
Media Release
The Participant agrees that any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the trip may be used by the Company for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.
The Participant grants the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such media in any form, including social media, websites, and print materials, without further compensation or permission.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States
